Activities/Responsibilities

The resource will be placed within the company and will be responsible for:

• Job planning (civil construction) at bidding and/or design stage;
• Creation of project baseline in execution phase;
• Hourly resource and revenue allocation, productivity analysis;
• Re-planning and drafting action plan/mitigation plan;
• Drafting monthly progress reporting and creating S-Curves;
• Periodic site inspections and meetings (mostly Milan);

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction or architecture
• Experience in construction companies or engineering firms/companies
• Good knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6
• Excellent knowledge of MS project, MS excel, MS power point
• Strong motivation to fit into a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of risk management techniques is a plus
