Redevelopment and renovation work on the Allianz Group’s head office, owned by the Client itself, located at Largo Ugo Irneri, 1 in Trieste.
The buildings covered by the work are:
– a central body called the “H” building, used for office purposes, consisting of seven floors in the central body and six floors in the four perimeter wings, plus a basement for parking (“Building H”);
– a building called Building “A,” adjacent to Building H, used for offices and ancillary activities, consisting of five floors and a basement
