Il Document Control è il processo che crea, gestisce, codifica, nomina, distribuisce, traccia, registra, archivia, conserva e recupera gli elaborati prodotti.

For this reason, BCube has found it essential to implement and apply its own Document Control system to both its executive design and construction drawings and related to Construction Management activities in a way that facilitates the flow of documentation.

Alongside the in-house activity, the Document Control is put at the service of General Contractors. that intend to manage in a standardized and structured manner all the necessary construction documents, i.e., submissions of Material sheets, method statements, quality and safety plans, and any other papers product in order to monitor through appropriate logs the timely issuance and approval by the Client, creating an alert in case of delays.

Careful and accurate Document Control is essential to minimize errors and minimize rework, ensuring that all participants in the process have proper access to up-to-date information and its history.
