PLANNING
Based on previous experience c/o General Contractor, B.Cube is able to develop program work of varying nature and complexity, which are tailored to the needs of the investor to define the time horizon of an investment in all macrophases or detailed for each work, an indispensable tool for the General Contractor for proper execution of the work.
Based on well-established internal productivity analysis database and using processing quantities and project budget, B.Cube analytically calculates the number of hours needed to accomplish each activity, returning monthly man-hour curves and monthly economic production curves.
Project Control
Based on the baseline that B.Cube creates, through a constant and active presence on the project, we at B.Cube evaluate the progress of the project in terms of economics, man-hours, and as a % of the total, comparing it to the planned. In case of deviations from the baseline, we actively develop action plans to mitigate any delays, recalculating man-hour and economic requirements to finish.
We create intuitive dashboards to identify project status and highlight any critical issues through indicators along with detailed monthly reports depicting the progress of EPC projects at all stages. We create Time Impact Analysis on project baselines to analyze deviations created by individual events in a way that supports the GC in any requests to the client.
