Renovation work on the building, intended for tertiary functions, located in Milan. The project area is located at 223 Viale Fulvio Testi in Milan, enhancing the structure of the former Pirelli Institute, built in the 1950s, after several transformations. The structure consists of two parts: one to classrooms and later converted with an office use, and one that was originally the space used for practical training made up of a sequence of bays with a pitch of about 8 meters and varying lengths between 15 and 30 meters with an average height of 7 meters. The redevelopment of the existing building with partial demolition and reconstruction of a portion while maintaining, as previously indicated, the existing volume. The intended use is executive.
