The main features are the structural solutions employed, made of post-tensioned single-span 24.0-m span prestressed concrete beams from which 6 above-ground floors were hung through a system of steel tie rods and post-tensioned cables. Also of particular note are the Great Hall and the buildings along Roentgen Street both featuring bold structural solutions.
