Construction works of new residential complex following demolition works of pre-existing buildings, piling and excavation of the area.
The transformation scope includes the construction of two residential buildings having a height development of 3 stories above ground for the in-line building and 24 stories above ground for the tower building. The in-line building will have a height of 9.25 m while the tower building will have a vertical development of 80.25 m.
The construction is of traditional reinforced concrete, with a load-bearing frame structure and horizontal infill and dividing structures of both precast and mixed concrete and brick.
