Building renovation and new construction in Viale Umbria n.128-130 in Milan, Italy: the existing building in Lot 1 will be renovated by creating a new mesh of complementary pillars to reinforce the load-bearing structure and to allow for changes in the openings of the perimeter walls, bringing the original elevation in line with the project elevation.
This will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for energy conservation and facility safety. In contrast, the building planned in Lot 2 will be new construction and will echo the aesthetic characteristics of the building under renovation in order to ensure a homogeneous reading of the project from Umbria Avenue.
