The work relates to the construction of a new residential building complex at 11 Via della Giustizia in the City of Milan. The building intervention is structured around a green area that architecturally ties the buildings together.
The structure of the Skytower consists of a central reinforced concrete core in which there are elevators and stairwells, and around them are all floors made by post-tensioned reinforced concrete floors. The Gardens structure consists of 3 r.c. cores in which there are elevators and stairwells, and around them are all floors made by means of post-tensioned r.c. slabs.
