Palazzo di Fuoco is one of the iconic buildings in the city of Milan. Placed in Piazzale Loreto and built from 1958 to 1961. The design choice is aimed at redeveloping and enhancing the building, now distorted by successive functional and formal transformations over time, by reviving the defining themes of its architecture.
The project involves bringing the interior of the property up to current standards required for work spaces, with the possibility of being able to meet the various current market demands, both single-tenant and multi-tenant.
This design choice maintains Minoletti’s original idea of giving permeability to the building with access to both Viale Monza and Via Padova.
