Melchiorre Bega (the architect of the Galfa tower) designed this office building at 10 Alserio Street in 1968, completed in 1970.
The triangular lot formed by the intersection with Via Cola Montano forced the architect to find an original solution to build the new office complex.
A seven-story tall building that is narrow and slightly curved with rounded short sides where the stairwells are located. In the center is a lower, terraced structure where meeting rooms, storage rooms, and the garage are located. The building had been in disuse since 2015 now, and the time had finally come for a drastic change of use-no longer tertiary, but residential.
