The project concerns the historic hotel “Hotel Victoria” located on the lakefront of Menaggio (CO) and involves extraordinary maintenance works for the internal rehabilitation of the historic wing with expansion of attic openings, construction of a new building body for receptive use and underground parking, and the redevelopment of external works.
