The design hypothesis envisages an articulated set of works and interventions aimed at upgrading the office building complex located in Milan, on the corner of Broletto and Porrone streets, consisting of a building bound under Legislative Decree 42 of 2004 and a building from the 1960s.
The purpose of the intervention is the overall redevelopment of the building with regard to the quality of the exterior and interior environments, both in terms of typology and architecture, distribution and energy, to allow the organization at the various levels of efficient executive spaces, in compliance with current regulations.
