The subject building was built from scratch in the early 1980s, and the hotel business has been in operation for up to 5 years.
The interventions planned for the renovation of the Hotel, were differently calibrated according to the end use of the rooms, identifying two categories of spaces:
the Back of House spaces (hereafter referred to by the acronym BOH) consisting of the service areas that are not accessible to guests, for which the project envisages the minimum adjustments and interventions necessary for their functionality, and the Front of House spaces (hereafter referred to as FOH) subject to functional and aesthetic upgrading.
