The target building is a building consisting of six above-ground floors and a basement. The building is embedded in the urban fabric of Milan’s historic center and has two outward-facing facades along Via Manzoni and Via della Spiga and a small inner courtyard. The planned interventions are aimed at the redevelopment of the property and are conservative in nature; the intended use will be partly commercial and partly receptive. The basement will be used mainly for technical rooms with the exception of the fitness area in the northern part. Commercial use rooms are planned on the ground floor, which will also be developed on the mezzanine floor, and the reception and lounge rooms of the accommodation facility. On the upper floors there is a redistribution of space aimed at creating 13 Luxury apartments.
