The intervention involves the conversion of a building used as an executive tertiary office into hotel accommodation. The objective of the rehabilitation project was the enhancement of the existing building through an intervention that safeguarded the original aesthetic architectural features and identity. The regeneration project creates a hotel designed to accommodate an international, sophisticated and demanding leisure and business clientele. The hotel consists of 160 rooms, including 43 junior suites and 11 suites as well as a fine Gastronomy Restaurant, a Roof-Bar where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Milan, and a terrace dedicated to wellness
