The intervention consisted partly of a renovation of existing buildings previously used by IBM and partly on the construction of two new multi-story buildings with an underground parking lot. The developer and owner of the building complex is FMP Properties: a foreign company with real estate developments on the Italian territory.The preliminary design was carried out by Studio Bertonazzi but in the executive phase it was completely reviewed and directed by Architect Scott Sivan, on behalf of FMP Properties.
