The building is inspired by the hulls of super-fast boats, functional and at the same time representative of the activities it contains: the volume expresses dynamism, and the technologies used demonstrate great attention to energy conservation and worker well-being. The dimensions of speed and dynamism of the nearby highway are translated into an architecture that finds inspiration in the refined and technologically advanced world of super-fast motorboats. State-of-the-art plant engineering also takes advantage of geothermal energy as renewable energy, with a hybrid heat pump system.
