The project is in the form of Building Renovation without demolition and reconstruction with a part of New Construction and Expansion intervention. The outline of existing volumes will be preserved. The new volumes in the east and north extensions will have the same finishes and proportions as the holes made in the existing volumes. The facades will be plastered and painted with neutral colors and more “bright” inserts in shades of green. The existing building envelope will be upgraded in order to achieve the same performance for the existing building as the new building, and the windows and doors will be replaced with new ones according to contemporary thermal requirements.
