Completion of Fiat Novoli Area in Florence for the construction of a new building for Executive purposes. The new building is configured with two bodies (Building A and Building B) parallel to the street fronts of Via della Toscana and Via del Tribunale, joined by a central connecting body that houses the main entrance to the building on the ground floor. Between the two bodies of the building, towards Via della Pesa, there is an inner courtyard, subservient to parking spaces, pertaining to the lot. Each of the two bodies is characterized by the presence of an inner courtyard, in the depth of the building body. The building consists of a basement for parking, a ground floor with the main entrance, the company canteen for 700 meals on two shifts, the auditorium for 248 seats, and five floors above ground.
