The subject property is located in the northern area of Milan at Piazza Fidia No. 1, in the Isola district. The project consists of a renovation and expansion of the existing building. From a structural point of view, almost all of the frame structure (beams and pillars) is maintained, and most of the floors are still preserved. The existing frame is in every way reinforced in order to adapt to contemporary static requirements. An important part of the project is the facade. This in fact constitutes the matrix of the project.
