The project involves the construction of a new office building consisting of 2 basement floors intended for garages, a ground floor intended for commercial/office use, and four upper floors with office use, with a total area of about 7200 square meters. The design proposal almost completely saturates the land area of the lot, constituting a new building structured on the limits of alignment with neighboring buildings along Sarca Avenue and Counter Avenue by attempting to maintain two similar and equally permeable frontages. The volume is blunted by attempting to create a small front on the north side of access to the city and generating an emptying on the same side on the top floor to make room for a communal terrace facing south toward the city skyline. The facades consisting of alternating opaque partitions and transparent areas echo the rhythm and color scheme of the neighboring buildings in the intervention context and are articulated between terracotta and brick tones through the use of prefabricated GRFC elements.
