The project includes 2 main rectangular-shaped buildings, one parallel to Regina Giovanna Avenue and the other arranged parallel to the rear of the lot. The two buildings are connected by two cross-bodies: the first one on three levels that also closes the lot on the inner front, the second one, parallel to the first one and located in the middle of the slats, connecting the two-level buildings. The basement part will house part of the offices, entrance hall, canteen, locker rooms, storage rooms and technical rooms. The separation of the two original units is still kept evident on the facade, precisely because of the architectural diversity with which they are developed. The façade at No. 27 will consist of a strong architectural character with rigid, monolithic lines; it develops vertically in the upper part plastered and well highlighted by the protruding façade pillars, while the basement is marked by the use of cladding materials with a strongly Milanese character, namely Ceppo stone and Verde Alpi marble frames around the doors and windows. The façade of No. 29, on the other hand, will be developed horizontally and remains more anonymous, clad with exposed bricks and plastered around the windows, which appear to be wider than the adjacent ones. With the intervention on the interior of the building, an adaptation to the current standards required for work spaces is pursued, with the possibility of being able to meet the various current market demands, both single-tenant and multi-tenant.
