The intervention consists of a building renovation of existing building for industrial use and 4 new 7-story multi-story buildings with attached 2 vast basement floors intended for garages with boxes. The owner of the building complex is the company “Parco Locatelli S.g.r.” The architectural design was developed by the firm Citterio & P. and is aimed at a middle- to upper-middle class clientele in an area close to the city center of Bergamo. From a structural point of view is the presence of plate floors, initially planned to be lightened and modified to allow for faster execution.

Through careful study of the massive planned provisional works and reinforced concrete structures, structural changes were made that allowed for a reduction in construction costs. B.Cube developed the new design of the structures complete with graphical drawings and calculation reports, as well as the executive architectural design and coordination with suppliers/subcontractors.
