REQUIREMENTS
Reporting to the Estimating Office Manager, we are looking for a surveyor/computing engineer who meets the following requirements:
- Previous experience in the role of at least 5 years within construction companies and/or engineering or design firms,
- Diploma of Surveyor or Engineer,
- Excellent knowledge of excel,
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills,
- Accuracy, reliability, and results orientation,
- Rewarding knowledge of English and BIM.
Role
The resource will have to work independently on private/public construction projects taking care of verifying the metric calculations on the basis of tenders, drafting new price analyses and preparing all documentation for participation in tenders.
Offered: direct placement in the company with contract type and placement commensurate with actual experience.
