ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The resource will be placed within the company and will be responsible for:

• Job planning (civil construction) at bidding and/or design stage;
• Understanding of project deliverables;
• Creation of project baseline in execution phase;
• Preparation of planning and control documents in accordance with project requirements (Milestones Plan, Project Summary Schedules, 90-day Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Detailed Schedule)
• Hourly resource and revenue allocation, productivity analysis;
• Re-planning and drafting action plan/mitigation plan;
• Drafting monthly progress reporting, visualization via dashboard, S-Curve creation;
• Periodic site inspections and meetings (mainly Milan);

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction or architecture
• Experience in general contracting, EPC contracting or engineering firms/companies
• Good knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Excellent knowledge of MS excel, MS power point
• Strong motivation to fit into a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of risk management techniques is a plus
